The Planner gives you the ability to see what you or someone from your team has scheduled on the platform.  Think of it like your own planner.  This serves as a calendar for what you have planned on the social networks you are connected to.  Here you have the ability to edit something another team member has scheduled, or even go back and remove updates that have already been sent out to a social network.  Each post also tells you how many people were reached for that particular update.

Publishing gives you the ability to schedule an update to go out to a social network at a certain date and time or even publish it instantly.  You have the ability to publish text, questions & surveys, links, photos, videos, audio and even flash files.  You choose what you want to go out, to what social network(s) and when - and then you can forget about it.

Monitoring
Think of it as Brand Protection.  Our monitoring suite continuously watches your social networks and notifies you when it finds something you need to know about.
